Meet the heartbeat of our operation, our leader and founder, Holly. With over a decade of professional event planning and management experience serving nonprofits, corporations, associations, social events, and startups, Holly excels as a logistical and creative event mastermind. She believes event magic is found in the connections and lasting impact created through events. Clients value her authenticity, positivity, calming presence, visionary ideas, and meticulous attention to detail. Holly and her partner in both life and business, Drew Holloway, co-own the company. Together, they enjoy life with their three awesome children, two mini-dachshunds, and two fluffy house cats. Holly loves bringing people together over good food, meaningful experiences, and great conversations — she is a true hostess at heart.

Chief Business Officer & Sr. Events Director
With over 15 years of experience in the events industry, Drew brings his expertise and positive outlook to every project. He is our go-to expert for audio/visual magic and top-notch hospitality. Drew's ability to connect with people, manage vendors, and wrangle logistics makes him an invaluable asset to our clients. Outside of work, he's a devoted dad to three lively kids. You might find him DJ'ing a party, enjoying family time, or cheering on the Tennessee Titans with friends. Drew ensures every event is memorable in the best ways.
Reginique Lightfoot
Marketing & Events Manager
Reggie combines her passion for creative marketing with a detailed approach to event planning, drawing on over a decade of service and hospitality experience. As Marketing & Events Manager, she oversees content creation and marketing efforts for Holloway Event Co while ensuring event details — from print and signage to onsite logistics — come together perfectly. Known for her creativity and warm communication style, Reggie is dedicated to delivering events and campaigns that inspire and connect. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her husband, family, and friends. As an extrovert, she thrives on weaving new connections and savoring the excitement of new adventures.
Jamie Smith
Events & Operations Coordinator
With years of experience across various fields including event planning, volunteer management, elementary tutoring, and medical technology, Jamie’s strengths are vast and multifaceted. Through her many roles, she has developed great communication and organizational skills that allow her to work with efficiency, precision, and care. At Holloway Event Co she utilizes her strengths to support event planning and project management efforts, as well as, company operations. Jamie, her husband, Tommy, and their three children love to spend time traveling and enjoying the Urban Wilderness in Knoxville, TN.
Cait McGehee
Special Projects
With a BS in Business Administration and almost a decade of hands-on experience in event management, Cait brings a wealth of expertise in event logistics, vendor management, event marketing, and sponsorship sales. Prior to joining Holloway Event Co, Cait made her mark on the events world through the specialty coffee industry, infusing her work with a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight. Clients find great value in Cait’s kind and calm demeanor, industry knowledge, strategy, and attention to detail. Beyond events, Cait finds joy in the great outdoors — whether it's working on a garden project with her husband or keeping up with their menagerie of pets: two dogs, a cat, chickens and honeybees.
